It’s finally my last 6 months of living in a teeny student flat! I’ve always got my eyes out for new homeware items to maximise our space while keeping it modern & stylish. I absolutely love Scandi style and IKEA is perfect for picking up those affordable yet cute items. I’m planning on picking up their floor length mirror once we have a bit more room! Here are a mix of affordable & more luxury brands that have amazing homeware sections – let me know what your home inspiration is!
Typo is amazing for discovering unique home decor items. I recently picked up a 2018 wall calendar that I’m in love with, perfect for organising my last few months of uni & planning some exciting things! Their calendars are all under £10 more or less, so they’re not going to break the budget.
They have loads of storage options available too – my fave is this chalkboard drawer set with leather detailing. It’s only £12! I also picked up some pretty ring holders! These are reduced down to £3 – I’ve linked them here.
I love the home department at Urban Outfitters, although it’s a little bit more expensive than some of my other picks, I’ve found some gorgeous items like this rose gold mirror (also in the sale!). I’ve got my eyes on some more homeware items from their site, like this beautiful fuzzy boyfriend pillow in a cosy shearling material – it’s £75 so a little out of my price range at the moment, but how perfect would this be for curling up with a book or writing blog posts?
Oliver Bonas has some great options for stylish storage. I’m currently living in a teeny flat, so any storage is useful and it looks so much nicer in copper. This wire basket would look perfect holding our spare blankets & cushions in our living room, but it’s £34 which is a little much for me right now – definitely on the Wishlist for my future home! I really like their jewellery holders too – especially this leather & marble one – it’s currently reduced to £14.5o in the sale too.
What’s on your homeware wishlist?
