BLOGMAS DAY 16 | How To | Teeth Whitening At Home | Smilelab Review

I’ve never whitened my teeth at home before, but I’ve wanted to do it for ages! It can be quite pricy getting it done professionally so I thought I’d do some research into a safe way to whiten my teeth at home. I’m currently trying out the whitening strips by SmileLab*.

Application

I found the whitening strips super easy to apply, you just peel off the strips and place them over your upper and lower teeth and press them on! You leave these on for 15 minutes then peel them off and give your teeth a quick brush. It does leave a bit of gel on your teeth but this comes right off once you’ve brushed them.

Results

I loved the results – I’ll admit now it’s not a dramatic change, but my teeth definitely look a few shades whiter. I didn’t want them to go too bright either as not only did I not want to damage my teeth but I wanted to avoid any accidents like Ross from Friends! My teeth still feel healthy and I didn’t have any pain or discomfort whatsoever after applying the strips. It was really simple and I’m already planning to use them before an event I have!

These are priced at £38 on Boots but are on sale for only £28.50 at the moment! I’m planning to stock up before next year as I love the way they make my teeth look!

Have you tried teeth whitening strips before?
